Yellow Curry Paste 50g Kanokwan

Yellow curry is an extremely aromatic dish. It consists of a mixture of spices (chili, lemongrass, galangal, garlic, shallot, curry) in the form of a paste enclosed in a sachet. It does not contain artificial additives or preservatives. It is the base of a very popular, aromatic dish. Just add coconut milk, vegetables (e.g. mushrooms, peppers, zucchini) and meat, most often pork or poultry. A sachet is enough to prepare a dish for 2 to 10 people – depending on the preferred level of spiciness. Curry dishes have their roots in Asia, but are known and appreciated all over the world.
