🥄 Ingredients:
Red chili, salt, coriander, ginger, onion, mango powder, green cardamom, clove, garlic, black cardamom, black pepper, citric acid, turmeric, artificial screw pine flavoring, anti-caking agent.

🍽️ Preparation Instructions:

1. Heat oil or ghee in a pan and fry sliced onions until golden brown.

2. Add ginger and garlic paste, and sauté for a minute.

3. Add meat (750g – 1kg) and cook until browned.

4. Stir in yogurt (1½ cups), Mehran Qorma Masala (1 packet – 50g), and 1 tablespoon of the fried onions.

5. Cover and cook on low heat until the meat is tender and oil separates.

6. For mutton, add 3–4 cups of water.

7. To enhance the flavor, add 1–2 drops of screw pine flavoring.

8. Serve with naan, taftaan, or sheermal. Garnish with julienned ginger.
