Ingredients:
Rice, Green gram, Sodium chloride, Chilli, Turmeric, Black pepper, Coriander, Cumin, Aniseed, Ginger, Garlic, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Bay leaf.
Preparation Instructions:

Soak the cereals and pulses from the Radhuni Khichuri Mix in 2 cups (250ml sized cup) of boiled water for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a broad vessel and fry chopped onions until golden brown. Set aside two-thirds of the fried onions.

Add meat pieces to the remaining onions and sprinkle the Radhuni Khichuri Mix over the meat.

Add water as needed and cook until the meat is tender.

Add the soaked cereals and pulses to the meat mixture and cook until everything is well combined and the desired consistency is achieved.

Garnish with the reserved fried onions and serve hot.
