How to Use:

1. Make cuts on each chicken piece.

2. In a bowl, combine Mehran Chicken Tikka Masala with all ingredients except butter/oil/ghee. Apply the mixture evenly on all chicken pieces. Mix well and let it marinate for 1.5 to 2 hours.

3. Place each piece on a skewer and grill on low heat using a gas or charcoal fire in a barbecue grill.

4. Apply butter/oil/ghee on each side and turn the skewer to heat evenly. Grill until the chicken becomes tender and turns light brown.
