Bombay Biryani Masala is a blend of specially selected herbs that will help you prepare aromatic biryani. Biryani is an incredibly aromatic dish in which the flavors of basmati rice, spices, and meat or vegetables intertwine.

The mixture is quite spicy. The package contains two smaller packets, each sufficient for preparing a dish with approximately 0.5 kg of meat and 0.5 kg of rice.

In India, it is added to rice and vegetable dishes at the end of cooking to impart its characteristic aroma and flavor.
