Fish Sauce Squid

Description

Fish sauce is perfect for enhancing the flavour of dishes. It can be used instead of salt. At the beginning of your adventure with fish sauce, it is worth being careful and using it in small amounts until, through trial and error, you reach perfection. The smell of fish sauce makes some people feel disgusted, but during heat treatment it loses its unpleasant smell and it is really worth giving this spice a chance due to its taste qualities.

Fish sauce, next to soy sauce, goes perfectly with dishes prepared using the stir fry method (frying vegetables and meats over high heat for a short time) and with meat marinades. Added to a dish together with lime juice, it perfectly highlights the flavour of Asian dishes such as curry (e.g. Thai green/red/yellow curry).
