Whenever the following terms are used in these Regulations, they shall have the following meanings:

• ASIAN BAZAR – Sorif Ahmed, operating under the business name ROYAL SORIF AHMED, located at ul. Elizy Orzeszkowej 76, Piastów (postal code: 05-820), Poland, with tax identification number (NIP): 7010286266, business registry number (REGON): 146316164;

• Contact details: phone: +48 729 650 103, email: asianbazar.pl@gmail.com;

• Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality but granted legal capacity by law, who enters into a Transaction with ASIAN BAZAR;

• Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person entering into a Transaction with ASIAN BAZAR for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.

• Offer – a proposal to conclude a sales contract between ASIAN BAZAR and the Customer, under terms specified by ASIAN BAZAR and published on the website ASIANBAZAR.pl.

• Product – the item described in the Offer.

• Terms and Conditions – these terms of sale by ASIAN BAZAR via the website ASIANBAZAR.pl.

• Transaction – a sales contract concluded between the Customer and ASIAN BAZAR via the website ASIANBAZAR.pl.

General Provisions

1. These terms apply to both Consumers and other entities entering into sales contracts with ASIAN BAZAR, unless specified otherwise.

2. The Terms and Conditions govern all sales contracts concluded through Transactions between ASIAN BAZAR and the Customer via ASIANBAZAR.pl.

3. Use of the ASIANBAZAR.pl website requires acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Orders

1. Orders are accepted through the ASIANBAZAR.pl website.

2. Available payment methods for Products are specified in the Offer. Unless stated otherwise, ASIAN BAZAR will process the Transaction only after receiving full payment for the Product (including shipping costs) from the Customer.

3. Delivery methods, processing times, and shipping costs are displayed in the Offer or relevant sections of ASIANBAZAR.pl.

4. If the Customer fails to make full payment (including shipping) within 7 days of the Transaction, the Transaction will be automatically canceled.

5. International shipping (outside Poland) is available only after prior arrangement with ASIAN BAZAR, unless otherwise stated in the Offer.

Product Receipt

1. Upon delivery, the Customer must inspect the package. If visible damage is found before opening, the Customer must immediately notify the courier and ASIAN BAZAR via email: asianbazar.pl@gmail.com.

2. After receiving the package, the Customer should verify the quantity and quality of the Products. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately to ASIAN BAZAR via email: asianbazar.pl@gmail.com.

Right of Withdrawal

1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Product, without providing a reason.

2. The Consumer is responsible for the cost of returning the Product to ASIAN BAZAR.

3. The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified in Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (e.g., perishable goods or sealed items unreturnable for hygiene reasons).

Warranty and Complaints

1. ASIAN BAZAR guarantees that Products are free from defects.

2. For warranty claims, the Customer must notify ASIAN BAZAR immediately upon discovering a defect by submitting a complaint.

Personal Data

1. The administrator of personal data is Sorif Ahmed, operating under ROYAL SORIF AHMED.

2. Data is processed to execute Transactions and handle potential complaints.

Final Provisions

1. Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
