🥄 Ingredients:
Salt, red chili, sugar, ginger, garlic, cloves, cinnamon, cumin, black pepper, black cardamom, citric acid, coriander, caraway, green cardamom, fennel, onion, turmeric, artificial biryani flavor, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

🍽️ Suggested Use:

1. Mix the spice blend with yogurt and ginger-garlic paste. Add meat and let marinate.

2. Sauté onions in oil until golden; set some aside for garnish.

3. Cook marinated meat in the same pot with water until tender.

4. Separately parboil basmati rice, drain, and layer over meat.

5. Garnish with reserved onions, cover, and cook on low heat (“dum”) for 15 minutes.

6. Mix gently and serve hot.
